RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn, unused, undamaged condition with all tags still attached within 14 days, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Sales of engraved pieces are final at this time. All made-to-order pieces are non-eligible for return and refund. In certain instances, we may not allow returns of jewelry with signs of use or that are damaged for reasons not due to our error. We promise to be reasonable and fair, but may occasionally refuse returns that abuse the aforementioned policies. To return an item, simply follow these return procedures: 1. Call or Mail to the customer support team and you will receive a return authorization code. This code is offered after you share details of the order number and the item which you wish to return Now, you will have a WHIZZY JEWELS package mailed to you along with the authorization code, your name and address written on the outside along with the unique serial number. You need to securely put in the jewelry along with the original packing materials and the certificate offered by WHIZZY inside it. Make sure the package is sealed. When the package is ready, all you need to do is call the WHIZZY support team and one of our guys will come to the address and pick it up. When we get back our product, we will review it and then process your returns. To return an item, simply follow these return procedures within India: You've got 14 days to return anything you don't want to keep. Just let us know first what you're returning at info@whizzyjewels.com and we'll call you for further proceeding, as well as detailed instructions on what to do next. The cost of the international returns label will be deducted from your overall refund. Depending on where it's shipping from, the cost ranges from $15 to $35. We are not responsible for returning Duties and Taxes. At this time, Whizzy Jewels cannot cover the cost of international return shipping. Please reach out to info@whizzyjewels.com for instructions on how to package your item for return, and our return shipping address. Whizzy jewels is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. Whizzy jewels cannot reimburse duty/custom fees as this is paid to the government. Please reach out to your local customs office/agency.
REFUND PROCESS
Once our quality assurance department inspects and accepts your returned jewelry item, we will issue a full refund which will be credited to your WHIZZYJEWELS.COM account IN 10-20 business days. You may choose to either make another purchase using the credited amount or get the full amount refunded to your bank account. If the payment was made using prepaid credit cards, debit card or net banking, the refund amount will be credited to the payment source. If the payment was made using Cash on Delivery payment option, the refund will be issued to your bank account. We will not accept the jewelry items that are improperly packaged or uninsured. Once we receive your jewelry item with all the original documentations, our quality control department will carefully inspect your jewelry item for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting modification or resizing by a jeweler other than WHIZZYJEWELS.COM If we discover that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit. Failure to return the original certificate of authenticity will void your return.
LIFE TIME RETURN POLICY
In case you have a change of heart and wish to return the product to us after the expiry of Easy Returns and Exchange Policy, we’ll happily exchange it for you or offer you a refund on the basis of the Life Time Return policy. Our life time exchange policy allows you to exchange your Whizzy Jewel items after months or even years from when they were purchased from Whizzyjewels.com, for the newest items from our latest collections. As long as your jewelry piece is intact, we’ll take it back for the current value of all the materials with a minor deduction towards melting and recovery costs. Once we receive your jewelry item with all the original documentations, our quality control department will carefully inspect your jewelry item for any alteration, setting modification or resizing by a jeweler other than whizzyjewels.com If we discover that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for exchange, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of an exchange credit. We will not accept any product for exchange that is not accompanies by the original certificate of authenticity. Please note that all Products must be intact upon arrival. If any diamonds or gemstones are missing, it will not be accepted for Exchange. Company reserves the right to refuse any exchange. Company will examine Product to be exchanged in order to determine its current market value. Your product's current value of metal, diamonds and colored stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website. The amount of the credit you will receive would be 80% of the current value of metal, diamond and colored stones. Company has sole discretion to determine the current value of metal, diamond and colored stones. Company will deduct cost associated with melting and recovery costs form the credit, which is subject to INR 2000 minimum or 20% of the current value of the Product, whichever is higher. You will receive a credit for the original Product, which can be used to purchase a new product. In the event that you wish to exchange the Product for a new Product, you must pay the difference in price between the Products. In the event that the original Product has a higher value than the new Product, Company will retain the price difference as credit for your use on future purchases on Product from the Company. The credit expires after 90 days from date of issuance. The exchange credit cannot be uncashed. Please note that custom items such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order cannot be exchanged. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable. You are responsible for shipping costs related to delivering the Products to Company. You must ship the fully insured Product to Company and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Company is responsible for shipping costs related to delivering the exchanged Products from the Company. This feature is not available for International Orders that are shipped abroad from India and not valid in any custom designs orders.
