SHIPPING
How much does it cost me to have a WHIZZY product delivered to my home?
-WHIZZY provides free shipping on all items all over the world except Russia and China and Africa.
Can I fast-track my order?
– Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Our general shipping time is 3-5 business days for items in stock and 10-12 days for items out of stock.
How will the delivery be done?
– We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewelry like Bluedart,DHL,FED-EX. You will always receive your order in a WHIZZY branded tamper proof. In case you believe your package has been tampered, please don’t accept the same.
- What is the estimated delivery time? For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. Ready to ship products will be delivered to your address within 3 to 10 business days.
- Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
- For orders across India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. Ready to ship products will be delivered to your address within 7 to 15 business days.
Do you deliver internationally?
– YES, we are delivering the international order, it may cost you a shipping charge by the selection of country and it may take few more days to deliver
Can the shipping address be changed or updated after I have placed an order?
– Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team via email info@whizzyjewels.com for orders that are already dispatched, we will not be able to reship it to your new address.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for my location (Pin code)?
– Yes we provide Cash on Delivery on orders up to Rs. 30000. All engraved and personalized products are not eligible for cash on delivery

Can I update/cancel my order after placing it?
– Yes you can. Please reach out to us on info@whizzyjewels.com or call us on +918735099933 as soon as possible and we will try our best to update/cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for customized pieces cannot be cancelled.
Do you customize pieces?
– We love personal touches too! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold color and sizes – you can browse the options on the product page. We also offer personalized engraving on select pieces. It may cost you little more.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
– Yes! We hate hidden taxes as much as you do! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST.
What forms of payment do you accept?
– Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards through are online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible. Offline: We accept cheque/DD and cash deposits as well. Cash on Delivery: We also offer cash on delivery, however this is available on select pin codes and for transactions up to Rs. 30,000.Please note, Cash on Delivery is not applicable for customized jewelry.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

Is my information provided by me secure?
– We don’t want you to stress out. All your financial information is encrypted and safeguarded hence your personal data is safe with us. For more information, please check our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS
What is your return / exchange policy?
– We're only happy if you're happy. If, for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Product for unworn / unused products. This is not applicable for any personalized/engraved products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase
- WHIZZY is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return/exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler. Please note in some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your WHIZZY product in a sealed envelope. You will not be charged anything for this return shipping if it is within our stipulated time frames.
What is the procedure for return or exchange of the product which i have purchased?
– We are glad to sort it for you. Kindly connect with us by dropping us an email on info@whizzyjewels.com call @ +91 8735099933. Our team will be happy to assist you and make the process as hassle free as possible. Please note that the product should be returned in the original packaging of WHIZZY box and do remember to include the original invoice and quality certificates. As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a WHIZZY tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area. Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by WHIZZY. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
- Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
- In some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of WHIZZY jewelry. The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 business days.
- In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
How will my refund be processed?
– The refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment and bank transfer in case of cash payment
What if I have received a damaged/incorrect piece?
– Oh snap! That definitely should not have happened. But don’t worry we will arrange for a pick-up and replace the piece with a fresh one within 15 days. Just get in touch with us by dropping us an email on info@whizzyjewels.com or calling us on +918735099933. Please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged/incorrect piece and send it to us.
What if my jewelry fades or gets scratched?
– All of our pieces are made in 10k,14k and 18k gold, so they are durable but malleable, and certainly not scratch resistant. While scratching is totally normal, it can be more noticeable on a piece with a larger surface area like pieces from our Classic Collection. We offer complimentary re-polishing for all our pieces and are happy to arrange an easy pick-up for the same. Please note - shipping the pieces to and fro will be on a chargeable basis.
What are the shipping charges for returns/refunds/repairs/exchanges?
– We want to make the return/exchange process as painless as possible for you– including free shipping! We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs within the stipulated time frames mentioned above! The shipping to and fro, for any repairs beyond our 30 day warranty period, will be on a chargeable basis.
What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy?
– We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from WHIZZY within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. If you received a discount while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount as applicable. Please refer to the table below.

CARE
How should I care for my jewelry?
– To maintain the luster and durability of your jewelry, avoid wearing it while showering, exercising or swimming!
- Always put it on last when getting ready and avoid any contact with perfumes, lotions or cosmetics. Particularly for pearls, as this may affect the color or luster.
- Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products, such as bleach, chlorine or other chemicals.
- Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before wearing your jewelry.
How should I clean my jewelry?
– To keep all your jewelry looking radiant, soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of detergent. Use a soft brush to clean and gently pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Please note: Warm water should only be used in the case of gold and diamond jewelry. For gemstones and pearls, please read below.
- Gemstones and pearls are delicate and so best cleaned with a soft, untreated, damp cloth. Please note: hot water and harsh chemicals should be avoided at all times.
- Do not use tissue paper, paper towels or cotton while cleaning your jewelry as it may cause scratching and leave fibers on the jewelry.
What if my jewelry fades?
– We offer complimentary re-polishing!! All you need to do it get it to us, please refer to our Returns, Exchange and Repairs section. However here is an easy hack to bring back the luster to your piece:
- For diamond and gold jewelry: soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of detergent. Use a soft brush to clean and gently pat dry with a lint-free cloth. For gemstones and pearls: due to their extremely delicate nature, they are best cleaned with a soft, untreated, damp cloth. Please note: hot water and harsh chemicals should be avoided at all times

How should I place an order online?

2. Click on 'Secure Checkout' if you have finalized your order, else 'Continue Shopping'.
3. Enter your Email Address and Name on the Secure Checkout Screen and proceed for Billing and Shipping.
4. Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options.
5. Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order.
6. You will receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail you provided while placing your order.
